We have been asked to gather U.P.N. information from visiting schools in order to access Direct Schools Grant Funding. We would be grateful if you would complete and submit this form to us along with your parental consent forms.
YENWORTHY DVD'S
We are now offering every child the opportunity to purchase their own copy of a Photo DVD of their week. This is supplied in a Yenworthy DVD case to keep it safe and given to the children at or before the end of course meeting on Friday. The cost of the DVD is £3 and this is collected at the shop, normally on a Wednesday night. There is now no charge for the use of our cameras.
PUPIL TRACKING
We are able to track and record the progress of up to three selected students against agreed targets. Details of this process and the forms we use are shown below.

DAY TO DAY LIVING
The following forms will help you in allocating children to domestic duty groups and to individual bedrooms. The Room Plan is a general illustration of the centre accommodation however you course director will normally provide you with a bespoke plan that takes into account the size and make up of your group.
